Born in 1981, i grew up listening to bands like The Doors, The Beatles, Pink Flyod and Jimi Hendrix by my Dad.. I used to go watch him practise and play in his band and was given my first guitar at a young age ( A cool 3/4 length Fender Mustang) and had a few lessons, so it was only natural i was going to end up getting into music.. Then i heard Charly by The Prodigy, from there i took a liking to rave music, i had the tape packs and flyers as a kid but as i grew older i began to listen to a lot of Metal, Punk and Grunge. By this time i had also taken up listening to a lot of Electronica and Industrial and was then taught to mix vinyl..

I started producing music back in 1999 and formed an Industrial Noise Core Band with some friends called IO-DST, we produced 2 albums (lol in 2 weeks, it was just pure noise, dirty beats and punk lyrics) which we sold in a local music shop and on a market stall, i had a very basic set up back then, but i caught the bug and was hooked on making music, and so here i am now after spending time improving my set up and constantly working on my tunes..

I became heavily involved in the free party scene a few years back joining up with a sound system called Kacchina, this was where i started playing out for the 1st time to crowds.. However, i really wanted to start playing out my own creations.. Then i was introduced to Traktor DJ Studio which could let me mix mp3 and .wav files..

I began playing out at raves, pubs and clubs using Traktor, playing my own creations early in 2005 and i have spent my time since perfecting my sound and live sets.. My tracks and Homegrown Live Set have also been aired reguarly on Level-1 Radio as well as plays on Culm Valley FM and Break FM.

Ableton Live 5.01, NI Reaktor 5 Plug in, + Various VST's, which is all controlled by an M-Audio Oxygen 8 Keyboard, Evolution UC-33E and a Phat Boy v2 Midi Controllers run through a Tapco Mix 100.

Recently my tracks have been getting played on Channel 4 Radio on Toms Ravenscroft's weekly radio show Slash Music. Tom is the son of the legendary DJ John Peel and his show is dedicated to the newest up and coming music. As well as producing/ DJ'ing and promoting nights i work at the local DJ Academy teaching 16-19 year olds Music Production and DJ'ing skills as well as helping them to find work, and assistance with keyskills on a goverment funded E2E course..

Im also one half of Narukami alongside BeeBeeDee and we have been producing some Drum & Bass tracks together.. Keep an eye out for our future releases and live sets!!
